Job summary

As an Assistant Site Manager at our Bristol RSC, you will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a team of First Line Managers, ensure safety standards, and work closely with senior management to meet operational goals in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of First Line Managers to ensure the Regional Service Centre meets operational targets and customer expectations. Oversee daily warehouse operations, monitor KPIs, and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
