Seeking a gastroenterology nurse practitioner or physician assistant to provide comprehensive care for patients with gastrointestinal disorders in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing chronic conditions, prescribing medication, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

The provider will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with gastrointestinal conditions while coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and providing counseling to residents and their families.
