The Senior Quality Operations Manager leads the Quality Operations team to ensure compliance with GMP requirements for cell and gene therapy manufacturing. They are responsible for monitoring quality metrics, managing audits, and providing strategic oversight to ensure operational risks are mitigated.

Biological Products CAPA Cell Therapy Communication Skills GMP Leadership Quality Management System Root Cause Analysis Stakeholder Management Sterile Manufacturing

Candidates must have extensive experience in senior quality management within a large team and a strong working knowledge of GMP and sterile manufacturing. An honours degree in a relevant life science subject is required.
