Job summary

Senior leadership role overseeing the development and implementation of AI-driven Go-to-Market technology strategies across multiple teams, including Engineering, Data Science, and Data Strategy, to enhance enterprise AI applications and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the GTM Technology organization to accelerate AI adoption across Elastic's go-to-market motion. Oversee four functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Customer Data Strategy, and Application Administration to solve GTM problems at scale.

Qualifications

AI Cloud Computing Customer Data Management Data Science Data Strategy GTM Technology Leadership Machine Learning Product Management

Requires 12+ years of experience in GTM technology or applied AI, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles. Must possess deep fluency in modern GTM stacks (Salesforce) and AI/data stacks (BigQuery, Snowflake, LLM frameworks).
