Responsibilities

The Retail Service Specialist supports store management in daily operations, sales, and customer service while leading team members in showroom execution. They are responsible for shift management, processing transactions, and ensuring store security and appearance standards are met.

Qualifications

ASE Certification automotive knowledge bilingual communication skills customer service retail sales store operations supervision

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS certification. Previous retail sales experience, particularly in auto parts, and automotive systems knowledge are highly desired.
