Job summary

Serve as a Charge Nurse (RN) in a rehabilitation hospital, leading nursing staff, ensuring compliance, providing mentorship, and coordinating patient care to support recovery and reduce readmissions.

Responsibilities

The Charge Nurse will lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care. Responsibilities include clinical mentorship, documentation oversight, and coordinating staff assignments based on patient acuity.

Qualifications

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited registered nurse program with a current state license and at least two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute care. BCLS certification is required, and CRRN certification is preferred.
