Job summary

Lead and govern field-based audit activities for building services, mechanical, electrical, health and safety compliance across estates in England and Wales. Manage audit quality, team performance, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure statutory, contractual, and client standards are met.

Responsibilities

The Field Auditing Quality Manager leads and governs the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of field-based audit activities across building services and FM compliance. They are responsible for managing the overall audit programme, line managing field staff, and ensuring audit outputs meet statutory and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

Audit Management CAFM systems Data Analysis Facilities Management Health & Safety Compliance Microsoft Power BI Quality Assurance Stakeholder Engagement Technical Auditing

Candidates must have at least five years of management experience within FM audit services, including M&E and H&S operational disciplines. A relevant technical qualification such as C&G or HND and a full UK driving licence are required, along with the ability to obtain SC security clearance.
