Job summary

The role involves providing inpatient medical care on the 6C Medical Unit, caring for adult patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions. The nurse will participate in quality initiatives, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities, working primarily overnight shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to adult patients with diverse acute and chronic medical conditions on the 6C Medical Unit. They will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the development of the unit's culture.

Qualifications

Assessment Certification Chronic Disease Management Critical Thinking Leadership Medical Diagnosis Mentoring Patient Care Quality Improvement Teamwork

Candidates must be licensed Registered Nurses capable of working the overnight shift from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The role requires strong assessment and critical thinking skills to manage complex patient populations.
