Responsibilities

This role involves defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Lila’s AI-driven materials and chemistry platform, focusing on physical science domains like catalysts and coatings. The manager will translate complex technical milestones into clear narratives, compelling launches, and necessary sales enablement collateral.

Qualifications

Collaboration with Product and R&D teams Content Creation Fast-moving, cross-functional environment adaptation Go-to-Market Strategy Market Intelligence & Insight Messaging & Positioning Product Marketing Project Management Storytelling & Communication Technical Understanding of AI/ML in Physical Sciences

Candidates need 5+ years in B2B SaaS or technical product marketing, ideally in scientific software or AI/ML for physical sciences, coupled with a strong grasp of AI/ML applied to materials science. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field (Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering) is required, with a PhD being a plus.
