Candidates need significant defence-sector commercial bid management experience, strong knowledge of commercial strategy, contract structures, and pre-contract agreements, and experience with UK Ministry of Defence and international government contracting frameworks. They must demonstrate stakeholder management and commercial risk experience on complex, high-value programmes, hold a full UK driving licence, be willing to travel, and be able to obtain and maintain Security Check clearance.
