Job summary

Seeking an experienced Materials & Process Engineer for the rocket motor systems team at Anduril Industries. The role involves developing and standardizing material and process specifications, leading materials characterization, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and supporting high-rate production of solid rocket motors. Responsibilities

They will also manage material characterization programs, drive production readiness, and provide technical leadership for failure investigations and root cause analyses.

Strong technical expertise in polymeric materials, thermal protection systems, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance are required.
