Job summary

Provide clinical mental health support and crisis intervention to members during overnight shifts, utilizing active listening, motivational interviewing, and safety planning. Assess risks, connect members to appropriate care, and document interactions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Provide in-the-moment clinical support, crisis assessment, and safety planning for members via a phone queue. Coordinate care referrals and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a smooth member experience.

Qualifications

Requires an independent mental health license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LICSW. Candidates must have at least 2 years of direct clinical care experience and expertise in crisis assessment.
