Responsibilities

This role involves leading quality across UK nuclear projects and Field Services by managing quality activities across complex engineering and supplier networks, ensuring strict compliance with nuclear standards and safety requirements. Key duties include supporting supplier quality, leading pre-outage planning, improving outage surveillance, driving continuous improvement, and managing supplier inspection strategies.

Inspection & Test Planning Nuclear Standards Problem Solving Quality Assurance Quality Control Quality Management Risk Assessment Root Cause Analysis Supplier Management Traceability

Candidates must possess extensive industrial Quality experience, preferably within Nuclear Quality Assurance or Quality Control, along with proven experience in leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive change initiatives. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience, is required.
