Job summary

The Program Manager oversees complex programs composed of multiple projects, aligning delivery with strategic objectives, managing governance, risks, financials, and stakeholder communication, while providing leadership and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs, establishing governance and managing milestones, dependencies, risks, scope, resources, budgets, and quality. Communicate program health and decision-ready insights to executives, coordinate stakeholders and teams, and drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Agile/Scrum Azure DevOps CRM Data Analysis Financial Management Program Leadership & Governance Project Management Risk Management Stakeholder Management Tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft 365)

Requires 8–10 years of progressive project management experience, including at least five years leading complex, cross-functional programs, along with a bachelor's degree. Candidates should have advanced program governance, financial, risk, stakeholder, and resource-planning capabilities; PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred.
