Lead Therapist responsible for providing behavioral health and substance use therapy including group, individual, and family sessions, developing treatment plans, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating discharge and after-care plans in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

The Lead Therapist facilitates individual, group, and family therapy sessions while overseeing treatment planning and patient safety. They also collaborate with medical staff to manage patient care, discharge planning, and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or an equivalent field and possess a current clinical or social work license. Strong clinical experience, particularly in chemical dependency and dual diagnosis, is required along with CPR and de-escalation certifications.
