Responsibilities

The nurse will provide patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and integrating evidence-based practices. They will also collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and coordinated care while actively participating in quality improvement committees.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a specialized diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid Pennsylvania RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and at least one year of acute care experience is strongly preferred.
