Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide direct nursing care in a home health setting. They are responsible for monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team, and educating families on safety and care protocols.

Candidates must hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse and have at least one year of clinical nursing experience. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also required.
