Responsible for monitoring performance, addressing issues, and supporting network growth within the transportation sector.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and maintaining carrier relationships to secure reliable freight capacity while negotiating competitive rates. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to solve capacity challenges and monitor carrier performance to ensure service standards are met.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in carrier sales, brokerage operations, or a related transportation role. A strong understanding of freight markets, pricing, and the ability to manage high-volume logistics environments is required.
