Responsibilities

The role involves providing comprehensive health and safety support across all organizational areas, including manufacturing, testing, and trackside operations. You will lead incident investigations, conduct workplace audits, and ensure compliance with safety legislation and internal standards.

Qualifications

accident and incident investigation COSHH documentation hazard identification and investigation health and safety legislation PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidance risk assessments root cause analysis Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) workplace audits and inspections

Candidates must hold a NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent Level 6 health and safety qualification. Previous experience in a high-performance or technically complex manufacturing environment is required.
