Job summary

The Tax Intern, Core Tax Services will assist in tax compliance, preparing simple tax returns, and supporting tax consulting efforts under supervision, gaining practical experience in tax laws and software, while developing professional relationships.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist with tax compliance, including the preparation of returns, extensions, and quarterly estimates under professional supervision. They will also support tax consulting efforts and assist with income tax provisions using firm-standard research tools and software.

Qualifications

FAS 109 and FIN 48 Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Word Tax Calculations Tax Compliance Tax Consulting Tax Research Tax Return Preparation Tax Software

Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Accounting or a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a positive attitude toward learning and teamwork are required.
