Job summary

Support the development and implementation of lean material flow strategies, optimize inventory, and improve supply chain process efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of lean material-flow strategies, including PFEP, replenishment systems, inventory control, production scheduling, and ERP parameter updates. Analyze data and lead or support improvement projects to reduce shortages and inventory errors, synchronize material consumption with production, and optimize delivery routes and material presentation.

An associate degree in supply chain, materials, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant experience in materials, supply chain, production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing is valued, along with lean material-flow knowledge, ERP or warehouse management system experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and effective cross-functional communication.
