Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Production Technician responsible for ensuring compliance with production specifications, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and team training in a fast-paced environment within the healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for the daily operation, quality, and performance of production lines, including equipment maintenance and batch documentation. It also involves coaching team members and participating in Lean programs to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Candidates must have a Leaving Certificate or equivalent and be willing to work on a 2 or 3 cycle shift rota. Previous experience in a similar role or the medical device industry is desirable.
