Job summary

The Leadership Foundations Program is an 18-24 month development initiative at Mustang Cat designed to prepare future leaders through hands-on experience, rotational assignments, mentorship, and professional coaching across various business divisions, emphasizing operational knowledge, leadership skills, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Participants will engage in rotational assignments across multiple business units to gain operational knowledge and leadership experience. They will also collaborate with teams to support process improvement initiatives and deliver professional presentations on their development progress.
