Job summary

Western Home is seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team, providing resident care, medication administration, and coordination with physicians. The role requires compassion, communication skills, supervision of CNAs, and current Iowa licensure.

Responsibilities

The LPN is responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident health conditions, and communicating effectively with physicians and supervisors. They also provide emotional support to families and supervise certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications
