Job summary

A Field Service Commissioning Engineer role focusing on Decanters and core equipment, involving mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, commissioning, installation supervision, and customer training, primarily in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Commission, service, and troubleshoot decanters and other equipment, including electrical and mechanical fault finding, preventive maintenance, I/O testing, and performance trials. Provide customer training and technical support, document service work, conduct site audits, and help meet service-team KPIs.

Qualifications

Commissioning Control Systems Electrical Fault Finding Mechanical PLC Preventive Maintenance SCADA Schematic reading Troubleshooting

Candidates need a recognized apprenticeship or technical qualification and a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance; experience with separation equipment is beneficial. Essential capabilities include electronic testing, fault finding, SCADA and PLC exposure, reading schematics, PC literacy, a full driving licence, willingness to travel and stay away overnight, and good physical fitness.
