Job summary

Manage and improve a blockchain-based decentralized finance product, focusing on liquidity, technical integration, and performance optimization. Collaborate across teams, analyze data, and ensure high-quality technical delivery in a remote, international environment.

Responsibilities

You will own the execution quality of the aggregation product by defining performance standards and monitoring transaction success rates. Additionally, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of new liquidity sources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into actionable product priorities.
