Responsibilities

The Principal Technical Consultant will provide prescriptive guidance and technical expertise to help customers achieve business outcomes on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves hands-on configuration, process re-engineering, and leading development efforts while mentoring team members and supporting sales activities.

Qualifications

AI capabilities (Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, etc.) Business process re-engineering Customer engagement Data compliance standards (PII/PHI) Development on ServiceNow (Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, Mid-servers) Integration technology ServiceNow platform configuration Solution design Team leadership and training Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)

Candidates must have at least 7 years of configuration and development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and SaaS platforms. Strong consulting skills, knowledge of Field Service processes, and relevant ServiceNow certifications are required.
