Responsibilities

Manage civil litigation matters, including developing case strategies, conducting discovery and depositions, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court and at trial. Counsel clients and handle matters across relevant practice areas, including probate and estate planning, real estate, business law, and family law.

Qualifications

Business Transactions & Business Litigation Case Strategy Development Client Counseling Courtroom Advocacy Discovery Management Legal Research & Writing Negotiation & Mediation Probate & Estate Planning Real Estate Law Trial Experience

Applicants must have an active Texas law license in good standing and at least eight years of legal practice, with substantial civil litigation, courtroom, and trial experience. They must be able to independently manage multiple matters, meet 160 monthly billable hours, work as a 1099 contractor, and attend courts in the Greater Houston area.
