Qualifications

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in service desk or system administration and proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 technologies. A bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation.
