Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach, utilizing the nursing process to assess needs and develop collaborative plans of care. Responsibilities include demonstrating clinical expertise, improving patient experience, streamlining processes, and contributing to a professional environment that encourages development.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess current Wisconsin RN Licensure and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with new graduates welcome to apply. Specific advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP) are required based on the assigned department, and non-BSN nurses with less than one year of experience must obtain a BSN within five years.
