Job summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Production Operator supporting automated and semi-automated manufacturing for Dexcom's CGM products. Responsible for machine operation, manual tasks, quality checks, training, and ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

The Senior Production Operator operates automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment within a cleanroom environment to produce CGM products. They are responsible for maintaining quality documentation, performing inspections, and providing coaching and training to other associates.

Qualifications

Assembly Computer literacy Data entry Manual dexterity Mechanical aptitude Quality inspection Robotics Troubleshooting

Candidates must have 4–6 years of experience in medical device or cleanroom manufacturing and possess strong mechanical aptitude. A Leaving Certificate or Level 5 equivalent education is required, along with excellent communication and dexterity skills.
