Job summary

Zoox is seeking a Manager of Fleet Operations Training responsible for developing and executing operational training strategies for remote and ground fleet operations, ensuring safety, certification, and scalability across multiple sites. The role involves leading a team, managing systemic training programs, and supporting fleet scaling and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

You will lead the Fleet Operations training strategy, overseeing the certification and upskilling of a distributed workforce for both remote and ground operations. This role involves managing training program managers, instructional designers, and trainers while ensuring all training infrastructure and systems scale effectively with company growth.

Qualifications

Blended Learning Programs Capacity Planning Instructional Design LMS Administration Operational Training Safety & Quality Standards Safety Regulations Safety-Critical Operations Team Leadership Training Program Management

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in operational training or enablement, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing training staff. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a proven track record in managing training for large-scale, safety-critical, or technical operations.
