Job summary

Act as a licensed practical nurse in homecare, providing patient assessments, executing doctors' orders, documenting observations, and performing skills with autonomy in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

The LPN will travel to client homes to provide one-to-one skilled nursing care, including monitoring conditions and performing assessments. They are responsible for executing doctors' orders and maintaining accurate clinical documentation of all interventions.

Qualifications

CPR documentation medication administration nursing license patient assessment

Candidates must possess a current valid nursing license and have graduated from a qualified nursing program. A valid CPR certification is also required for this position.
