Job summary

We are looking for a Recruiter - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. The Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition consultant, leading recruitment efforts across assigned client groups. This role partners closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, design targeted recruiting strategies, and provide informed guidance and recommendations related to hiring decisions. The Recruiter applies independent judgment, market expertise, and data-driven insights to assess talent, manage high-impact searches, and deliver a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience. This role leverages recruiting technology, ensures compliance with employment practices, and contributes to workforce planning and talent initiatives that support organizational priorities and long-term business outcomes.

Responsibilities

The Recruiter acts as a strategic talent acquisition consultant, partnering with leaders to design and execute targeted recruitment strategies. They manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and workforce planning to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

Candidate Assessment Interviewing Job Advertising Recruiting Sourcing Talent Acquisition

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least one year of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience within a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
