Job summary

The role involves leading production and manufacturing recruitment for the CW Division, acting as a strategic partner and hands-on recruiter, managing complex hiring strategies, and coordinating with various teams to ensure talent acquisition aligns with divisional needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

You will serve as the single-threaded owner of production hiring outcomes for the Connected Warfare division, managing headcount planning and strategic talent partnerships. Additionally, you will act as a player-coach by executing critical senior-level recruiting while directing the priorities of the centralized production recruiting team.
