The Sr. Corporate Recruiter - Global is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with global teams, and promoting employer branding across a large organization with a focus on senior leadership, technical, and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

The Corporate Recruiter will develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract senior leadership for GTM, Technical, and non-technical teams. This includes managing the end-to-end hiring process, from proactive sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Qualifications

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Candidate Sourcing Data-Driven Decision Making Diversity and Inclusion Employer Branding Interviewing Negotiation Networking Recruitment Strategy Talent Acquisition

Candidates need 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably from an executive search firm or SaaS environment, with a proven track record in senior leadership hiring. A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
