Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) in ICU, responsible for patient care, medication administration, documentation, and participating in quality improvements.

Responsibilities

The nurse will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for developing patient care plans, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety through critical thinking and escalation.
