Job summary

The Licensed Therapist at OhioGuidestone provides individual, family, and group counseling, manages crisis care, develops treatment plans, and collaborates with community resources while maintaining required licensure, working flexibly across days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

The therapist provides individual, family, and group counseling while managing a caseload of clients with mental health and substance use disorders. They also coordinate community resources, document clinical interactions, and participate in treatment conferences to support client recovery.

Qualifications

Case Management Community Resources Counseling Crisis Intervention Cultural Competency Documentation Interpersonal Skills Leadership Psychotherapy Teamwork

Candidates must hold a valid LSW, LCDC III, LPC, or MFT license along with a relevant Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience. A valid Ohio driver's license and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug and background checks, are required.
