Job summary

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a vascular team in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include patient exams, care planning, documentation, interdisciplinary teamwork, and patient education, primarily focusing on vascular and geriatric care.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will conduct clinical assessments for patients with peripheral artery disease and collaborate with interventionalists to develop and manage vascular care plans. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and educating patients on disease prevention and treatment pathways.
