Seeking a Senior Cost Accounting Manager to oversee manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory, fixed assets, and COGS, and to build standard cost processes while partnering with Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D teams to ensure accurate financial reporting for IPO readiness. The role involves scaling cost accounting functions, analyzing variances, and leading cost and margin reporting.

Responsibilities

The Senior Cost Accounting Manager will own manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory, fixed assets, and COGS. They will also build and scale cost accounting processes while partnering with Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D to drive accurate financial reporting.

COGS analysis Cost accounting Financial reporting Fixed assets management GAAP Inventory management Manufacturing cost analysis Standard costing Supply Chain Variance analysis

Candidates must have an Accounting or Finance degree with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or hardware cost accounting. A CPA is strongly preferred, along with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and expertise in standard costing and variance analysis.
