Job summary

Support and optimize manufacturing of biopharma pump systems and fluid management solutions through hands-on engineering, process improvement, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineer provides technical support to optimize production processes, improve product quality, and ensure operational efficiency for biopharma equipment. They lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage new product introductions, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

5S engineering support Lean Manufacturing manufacturing support process improvement product design product validation regulatory compliance root cause analysis technical documentation

Candidates must hold at least a Level 8 STEM degree and possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical or engineering manufacturing environment. Proficiency in problem-solving, root cause investigation, and familiarity with quality management systems are essential.
