Job summary

Join a hospital-based team as a Registered Nurse (RN), providing specialized nursing care in a multidisciplinary environment. The role involves organizing patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and advocating for holistic, ethical treatment, focusing on quality and patient experience.

Responsibilities

Organize, deliver, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, prioritizing and delegating care in accordance with hospital policies and protocols. Collaborate with the care team to improve quality, patient experience, and cost effectiveness while supporting education and advocating for ethical, holistic care.

Qualifications

advocacy certification in specialty area clinical decision-making collaboration communication critical thinking expertise in acute care nursing patient care responsiveness

A current Washington State RN license or multistate license endorsement and current BLS certification are required. A BSN and specialty certification are preferred, and the facility or department may require ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP; one year of acute care experience is preferred.
