Qualifications

Care Planning Clinical Support Home Health Care Leadership Medicare & Medicaid Standards Nursing OASIS Quality Assurance Regulatory Compliance Team Management

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current state Registered Nurse license and at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in OASIS documentation and traditional home health experience are required, with leadership experience preferred.
