Job summary

As a Lead Therapist at WellBridge Healthcare, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy for behavioral health and substance use patients, develop treatment plans, oversee discharge and aftercare, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

The Lead Therapist will conduct various therapy sessions, facilitate group programming, lead treatment planning, and oversee patient discharges with after-care coordination. Responsibilities also include conducting drug screenings, completing clinical documentation, and participating in crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

Behavioral Health Care Coordination Crisis Intervention Documentation Patient Care Psychosocial Evaluation Substance Use Therapy Treatment Planning

Applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, along with strong clinical experience, preferably in chemical dependency and dual diagnosis. An unencumbered social work or counseling license and CPR/de-escalation certification are required.
