Responsibilities

You will lead and develop a regional team of Onboarding Project Managers and Coaches while personally overseeing strategic North American accounts. Your role involves driving deployment quality, managing escalations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer transitions to the Cloudbeds platform.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality technology and 2 years of direct team management experience. A strong understanding of North American hotel operations and proficiency in project management and CRM tools are essential for success.
