Responsibilities

The LPN will room patients, collect assessment data, and assist with clinical procedures, examinations, and laboratory tests. They are also responsible for administering medications, documenting care in medical records, and coordinating patient referrals.

Qualifications

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited LPN program and hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice. CPR or BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.
