Job summary

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for scaling and optimizing manufacturing processes for defense systems at Arsenal-1 facility, including design for manufacturability, process development, quality assurance, and supplier collaboration, with travel involved and clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

You will own the manufacturing value-chain for Connected Warfare products, driving design for manufacturability and scaling production lines from prototype to high-volume deployment. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage quality assurance, and ensure capacity planning meets customer requirements.

Qualifications

Continuous Improvement Design for Manufacturability Documentation & Process Flows Electromechanical Hardware Manufacturing Process Optimization Production Line Development Quality Assurance Sourcing and Procurement Supplier Coordination

Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware design and a degree in a technical field. You must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance and demonstrate a willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
