Job summary

The Lead Analyst / Advisor, FP&A supports financial analysis, reporting, and modeling initiatives, preparing reports and presentations for senior management and board reviews. Key duties include building financial models, analyzing actuals versus budgets, and assisting with budgeting and forecast processes.

Responsibilities

The Lead Analyst/Advisor will lead the development and implementation of financial analysis initiatives, including building reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors. They are responsible for maintaining corporate financial models, coordinating budget and forecast information, and performing regular analysis between actuals and projections.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with a CPA certification or active pursuit thereof. Candidates must have at least seven to ten years of progressive finance and accounting experience, along with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion systems.
