Job summary

The Territory Manager drives customer acquisition and retention in logistics, managing relationships, qualifying leads, and promoting company services within designated geographic areas.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of LTL freight customers through consultative sales and proactive relationship management. They will qualify inbound leads, convert them into long-term accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
