Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day site activities and lead construction teams to ensure water mains rehabilitation projects are delivered safely and efficiently. They are responsible for coordinating resources, maintaining quality standards, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Communication skills Coordination Health & Safety Operational environment experience Project management Site supervision Stakeholder management Team leadership Technical knowledge of water standards Water industry knowledge

Candidates must have proven industry experience in a site leadership role within the water or utilities sector. Essential qualifications include a CSCS card, NRSWA Supervisor card, and a full UK driving licence, with additional certifications like SSSTS or SMSTS being highly desirable.
